Availability and price

Optional monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions apply to one in-app household for each verified paid period. Available products depend on your App Store storefront.

The app displays Apple product prices. The actual currency, price and billing period are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. This website does not take payments or request private transfers. No lifetime purchase or trial is offered here.

Free essentials

Chore records, household sync, statistics, monthly reports and local report insights remain free. These limits apply to favorite and custom chore slots, not completed records.

Start with 8 standard favorites and expand to 10 through achievements. Start with 2 custom chores and expand to 3. Free favorites use a household-wide layout maintained with owner permissions; points use the system multiplier.

Premium tools

Premium includes unlimited standard favorites, a separate personal layout for each member and a 0.5–2.0 point multiplier. Custom chores are limited to 100, the current technical cap.

4 characters now, expressions through mastery

The subscription set has 4 characters, each with 4 avatars including the default portrait: 16 avatars in total, not 16 immediate unlocks. Once the server confirms actual valid personal or household premium access, each eligible member immediately receives the 4 base characters, their default portraits and their existing basic celebration poses, without an achievement or individual claim. Each character has 1 dependent celebration pose, 4 in total, whose access follows the base character rather than an independent achievement.

Each character’s 3 extra expressions are earned one each at bronze, silver and gold through your own actual chore mastery. Subscription does not grant these achievements or automatically fill in missing expressions; another member’s progress cannot replace your own.

Free accounts cannot acquire these 4 base characters for the first time. Already granted base characters and expressions remain owned after normal cancellation or expiry. As long as a base character remains legitimately owned, you can continue earning its expressions through personal chore mastery without renewing premium, subject to the source-period refund exception below. Character ownership is separate from Premium theme access and permanent theme choices.

7 growth characters

Seven separate characters grow through your own achievements. Every new stage requires its personal achievement and current premium access: bronze grants the character and default portrait, silver adds 2 expressions, and gold adds a portrait and celebration pose.

Free members can build progress. Achievements earned before premium still count; if access expires first, progress stays for a later eligibility check. A family member’s achievements do not unlock your personal stages.

Free collections

Eight starter characters include a free default portrait and everyday pose. Additional expressions and celebration poses come from your own growth or mastery achievements without premium; household achievements do not grant a batch of starter-character rewards.

Seven special avatars are earned separately through your own hidden achievements, without premium. Undiscovered rewards remain a mystery. Each is an avatar only, without full-body artwork, extra expressions or a celebration pose.

Report styles

All 6 themes are on equal terms: Coral Red, Morning Together, Sky Blue, Sunny Window, Chore Theater and Life in Pages. There are no free or premium theme tiers. Personal presentation also includes Minimal White, a local style outside the six-theme library.

While Premium is active, every theme is available, including new library additions. This is temporary access, not permanent ownership. When Premium ends, only themes you own permanently remain available; previously owned permanent themes are preserved.

No Premium is needed to choose themes to keep. Start with 1 choice. Your own records on 3 and 14 distinct dates each earn 1 more choice; the dates do not need to be consecutive. Initiating sharing for monthly reports from 1, 2 and 3 distinct report months each earns 1 more choice. Each milestone grants its choice once, and each choice lets you claim 1 unowned theme permanently. These are personal rewards, not shared household progress.

Tapping an external share entry counts, even if you cancel. Saving locally does not count. Actual publication or exposure is not verified. Each report month counts only once, even if you initiate sharing repeatedly.

Themes change your monthly report and its shared poster, not the entire app. Each member chooses independently. Membership does not consume your permanent theme choices, and theme choices do not change character unlock rules.

Household sharing by subscription period

One person’s subscription covers one in-app household of 1–8 members, including owner and purchaser. One person is a household too. This is not Apple Family Sharing and does not require a shared Apple Account.

For each verified paid period, the benefiting household stays fixed for the paid period. If the purchaser leaves or is removed, the old household keeps that period; the purchaser no longer shares its access and the new household does not inherit it. Only the next successful renewal binds a new period to the purchaser’s household at that time.

Annual access stays with its bound household for that annual period; it cannot move each month. Joining an eligible household shares remaining access, not others’ achievements or collections. Leaving ends shared eligibility, not earned personal collections.

Keeping your collection

Granted personal characters, avatars and report styles stay usable after normal cancellation, expiry, leaving or removal. Premium theme access ends when membership is no longer valid; this retention promise covers only permanently owned themes. First acquisition of these 4 base characters and other unowned premium character rewards requires valid access. As long as a base character remains legitimately owned, its 3 extra expressions can still be earned through your own chore mastery after normal expiry, without renewing premium. Account deletion removes collections and is not covered by this retention promise.

The refund exception applies only to the 4 instant subscription characters and their 4 avatars each (16 avatars in total), plus their 4 dependent celebration poses. After a server-verified successful refund or revocation of their grant source period, access is withdrawn only if the recipient has no other legitimate, non-refunded and non-revoked grant source for those rewards. A legitimate source that expired normally still preserves earned ownership; continued renewal is not required.

This also applies to household members granted rewards through that period, even if they later left, were removed or changed households. These 4 celebration poses are not independent achievement rewards; access follows the base character when retained, withdrawn or restored. The 7 achievement-based growth characters and their independently earned rewards, including celebration poses, report styles, free rewards, achievement progress and history are unaffected. Historical grants without trustworthy source evidence are preserved, never deleted by guesswork.

Historical chores, custom content and statistics are kept when premium ends. New additions and favorites return to the earned free allowance, without silently deleting excess content. Keeping content does not mean unlimited new additions.

Renewal and restoration

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled through Apple. Manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling renewal keeps access through the remaining paid period; verified successful refunds or revocations end that transaction’s premium source and apply the collection exception above. Other valid household subscriptions remain separate.

Pending or declined refunds do not revoke access. A verified refund reversal restores the original source entitlement and access to the characters, avatars and dependent celebration poses it granted, without extending the period or rebinding the household.

Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen with the Apple purchase account and the app account associated with the original transaction. Restoration verifies eligible original purchases; it does not start a new period, extend time, merge accounts or rebind a period to another household. After an old subscription has fully ended, an Apple-verified new purchase may belong to the current app account. That does not transfer old transactions, their household periods or reward sources, and does not permit transferring an active subscription through restoration, renewal or upgrade. Deleting the app or account does not cancel renewal.

Roadmap

AI report insights and voice input are under consideration for later versions. Neither is available or included in current paid benefits. Scope, pricing and availability are not promised. Local report insights remain free and do not use AI.
